We are asking those of you who feel led by the Holy Spirit to decree and declare this each day. We believe that the Lord has placed the call of Cyrus on the hearts of many people and that it will be global in scope. We believe that by decreeing and declaring this word we will pull down strongholds and awaken modern day Cyrus'
